Most companies or their leaders contact me because they or their organization is facing a conflict —whatever it is— and they don't know how to deal with it. Or maybe they have an interesting challenge ahead.
These challenges can be related to their organizational culture, their working environment, their teams or manager's performance, their productive processes, or their results.
Technical problems: that is what you or your organization see. (is looking at) What I see are issues based on poorly developed relationships.
The conflict or challenge almost always involves relationships:
